NAUTICAL EVENT ORGANIZER

The Yacht Tribe team has years of experience organising social and team building regattas in the Mediterranean Sea.

Two of its main events take place every year along the Costa Blanca, Spain, Regata Banco de España & Heliocare Dénia Trophy.

There are many benefits of corporate regattas / events, one of it to improve team building techniques that can be transfer to the working place. Our program emphasise the following points: Establishing objectives and strategy, verbal / non-verbal communication, leadership and team spirit, anticipation, flexibility and capability to adapt fast to changing environment, along with other sailing values.
